As the Graphic Design Supervisor at A-1 Awards, I led the graphics department from concept through production, overseeing the design and manufacturing of unique custom products. This high-volume environment gave me hands-on experience with large format printing, a range of production processes, and collaboration with designers, clients, sales, and vendors. I also developed strong skills in team leadership, project estimation, and managing deadlines efficiently.
